All information obtained or incidentally gathered shall at all times remain confidential and only held in respect of conducting the business affairs at hand. No information will be released to third party organisations.


Good communication is seen as essential for a proper functioning business. Kontotronics can be reached by phone, fax, post and email. All correspondence will be responded to in a clear, concise and timely manner. Our aim is that all correspondence, from date of receipt, will receive a response within 2-3 business days; more complicated issues will receive an acknowledgement within the response time, and continuous updates on the progress of the case until a resolution is achieved.
